New Course Restaurant and Catering started in 1991 with a small sandwich shop on the corner of Third & E Street NW in Washington DC. Our mission is simple, provide a quality meal to our customers and train those who are homeless and unemployed to be chefs and chefs assistants.
Since 1991 we have graduated for 400 men and women now working for some of Metro DC's finest restaurants and caterers.
